Sightseeing Cruise

You and your family will enjoy the fresh Adirondack air and sparkling clear waters cruising the first four lakes of the Fulton Chain. Experience the seasonal pleasure of the ever changing scenery from our upper or lower deck on the Clearwater. Food and beverages are available from our newly remodeled snack bar.

Heritage Cruise

If you are looking for an intimate history cruise, take our Heritage Cruise. You can step aboard the Zilpha which departs Wednesdays and Saturdays at 11:30am. Enjoy the history of the Fulton Chain and the surrounding area. Walk-in’s encouraged. If you like, you can share your own stories on this Living History cruise or educate the captain with your own heritage.

Mailboat Cruise

The mailboat provides an intimate three-hour narrated tour from Old Forge to Fourth Lake. See up close and personal the historic and beautiful homes and camps as the Captain pulls up to the docks to deliver the daily mail. Seating limited to 10 people, advance ticket purchase is recommended.

Sunset Cruise

Enjoy some music and refreshments on the deck of the Clearwater. Cruise with us from the Old Forge Pond to Fourth Lake on Saturdays to watch the sunset. Check for Live Music Dates!

Thursday Cruise to Dinner

Step aboard the Zilpha for our Wednesday cruise to the North Woods Inn for a scrumptious dinner. Dinner includes Entrée, Salad, Rolls and Dessert. Check with Ticket Booth for Selections. Reservations required.

Cruise and Rail Package; Local Except Loomis Train

Step back in time to the late 1800s and take a cruise and ride the Adirondack Scenic Railroad. Enjoy the beauty of the Adirondack mountains in this great package.

This Rail and Cruise Package runs Wednesdays through Sundays from June 22 through July 3.

It runs Thursday through Sundays from July 7 through September 4 and September 10 & 11.

The package runs Wednesdays through Sunday from September 14 through October 9 and Columbus Day

The package includes the 10 am train from Thendara and the 1 pm Cruise on the Clearwater

Cruise and Rail Package; Local Loomis Train Robbery

Step back in time to the late 1800s and take a cruise and ride the Adirondack Scenic Railroad. Enjoy the beauty of the Adirondack mountains in this great package.

The Loomis Train Robbery Rail and Cruise Package runs Wednesdays, July 6, 13, 20, 27 & August 3, 10, 17, 24, & 31.

The package includes the 10 am train from Thendara and the 1 pm Cruise on the Clearwater.

Cruise and Rail Package; Utica to Thendara Train

Step back in time to the late 1800s and take a cruise and ride the Adirondack Scenic Railroad. Enjoy the beauty of the Adirondack mountains in this great package.

This Rail and Cruise Package runs on Thursdays and Saturdays from July 14 through October 8, except 9/8 & 9/10.

For this package the train leaves Utica at 9:15 am and arrives in Thendara at 11:30. You can take a shuttle bus into Old Forge. The Cruise on the Clearwater Leaves at 1:00 pm and returns at 3:00 pm.

The Train returning to Utica leaves Thendara at 4:30 pm and Arrives in Utica at 6:45 pm.

Fireworks Cruises - 2 Hours
